You don't have time to tag when doing quick scrims, perhaps the ability to auto-tag by archetype for players who are not tagged.

You would set up which archetype would get what tag in advance, and unless you have already set a tag.

This isn't just for quick scrims, you can set it up to auto-tag (or not) for any player that you have not tagged.

That's an interesting suggestion that should have applications beyond scrimmages. Consider expanding the idea to auto-tag in general.

I really like this idea as the team you are scrimming might not have a chance to set up the tags. a big +1!

I was thinking the same exact thing as I was wondering how useful the scrims are going to really be if the defense doesnt have tags set. Glad to see it suggested already.

As long as it is customable. with a drop down box Like Elusve back = Special Tag 1, Speedy, Receiver, etc...

+1 would save plenty of tedious work.

Probably a separate page ("Auto tagging") that lists all of the possible offense positions and archetypes, with the tagging drop down next to each. Check boxes to allow (or disallow; not sure which would be better) the per-team tagging to override those settings -- unless that's added to the per-team page. Use that page to set tags when first tagging a team.
