David vs Goliath Each level of DvG gives a +1% bonus (used to be +2%) to tackling a player who is heavier or stronger. If the tackle could not have been made without DvG, the tackler has double the energy loss and also loses morale.
Comeback Kid When trailing, each level of CK gives a +2% (used to be +4%) chance to catch passes longer than 15 yards and a +3.5% bonus (unchanged) to avoiding fumbles.
Clock Manager Each level of CM gives a +1% bonus (used to be +2.5%) to catching passes as a receiver or a +1% bonus (used to be +2.5%) to pass quality as a QB, when on offense with less than 30 seconds left in Q2 or Q4. Each level of CM extends the bonus by an additional 6 seconds (used to be 20 seconds) into the quarter.
Ball Hawk Each level of BH gives a +1% bonus (used to be +2%) to Speed, Agility and Vision while a pass is in the air. Works for any offensive player, but only works on defense for players in zone coverage. (No longer works for defenders in man coverage.)

The bolded part is changed too. It used to be one of those was the tackler and one was the runner. Now they are both the tackler.

David vs Goliath The bigger they are...Each level of David vs Goliath gives a +3% bonus to the success rate of tackling a player who is heavier or stronger. If the tackle could not have been made without the bonus from David vs Goliath, the tackler uses double the energy normally used to make the tackle, and the runner loses double the morale. Prereqs: tackling 60

It's a tackle made only because of DvG, so he made it only because he was weak rather than because he was good, so...I can see it; although I probably just would have gotten rid of the morale part of the VA if it had been up to me.

What would be going through your head if you just barely made a tackle and it wiped you out to do it (double energy loss). Wouldn't you be thinking, "Oh shi.. I gotta tackle that big mf-er again!"?
It makes sense to me.

Very good point. I now fully support the DvG changes.
