When a player ask why I set the depth chart the way I do I explain it.
when a player freaks out and becomes a bitch I simply close the pm.
truth is I want good agents on my teams so I tend to release glory queens.. But NEVER when they demand it.
they can sit on a bench for a season for all I care. respect gets respect.. BS gets BS
maybe calm down and try a calm approach with this owner in a few days when your both calm. just saying....
good owners know they have 55 dots who look to them to find the best way to get a W.. That means playing the best dots the most....
