there was indeed a bug, it has been fixed but anyone who got screwed over needs to contact support.

Most people don't pay attention to things like this. We had and maybe still have a problem with pw ticket sales. No announcement was ever made about that either.

If you had rented CEQ and retired a dot anytime in the last season, please contact Support and they will look into it for you and make any adjustments if there was an issue. The issue was only for players with rented CEQ.
