After talking with cymaddux31 via PM I think these are likely separate issues (could be the same root cause, not sure), so I am going to reopen this one to see if anyone else can provide more examples of this.

Yeah.

I talked to the OP and asked him to find some more examples, so I figured we would give it a few days.

Is the CB set to m2m? Kinda looks like he's in an under third or flat third zone at which point he initially stays with the man but releases him when he leaves the zone and returns to the center of a zone.
