I've set my offense so we don't run specific formations at all, for example the Spread formation (0%).
and yes, auto-adjust is on, but was only at 30 for my last game. yet early in the second quarter we ran a play out of the spread formation.

Actually this si why I scrapped my casual team I had since causal came out.

It isn't a small %, it is... 30%!!

I was sick of having my team set up to mainly play 2WR sets running single back runs over and over.

They don't care to fix it, so either adjust your team to fit what they want you to play, or scrap it as I did.
