if it werent for the extra +4 in EQ i bet my team would have won that 2nd game, it's just too difficult at the rookie level to compete 15 SP's behind. But will be fun to kick their asses next season

I guess I'd need to know what the err of my ways are in the case of boosting now? The XP is the same regardless of when you boost after game 16; [level 19 with 0 XP].

I've run dots through different training scenarios and honestly, just don't see the % difference being drastic? I'd like to think we have some knowledgeable agents on staff, would have heard the negatives before we as a team decided to boost.

I refuse to believe corporations are people until Texas executes one.

Teams that always say they don't care about the lower leagues..... not boosting, not game planning, etc, etc.......... yet they always seem to care enough to make posts about those that win, complaining when they do they aforementioned.

**Not an attack on Showtime, as I don't know him ...... just that people always say that they don't care , but yet care enough to try and criticize the ones that do.

Agree - 4 multi-trains
What are the training % differences between boosting and not boosting though? 5%, 10%, more? I can't be sure because of the training enhancements and whatnot, but....

Understood.

This time of season starts getting boring. Somethings gotta keep some action going.

I don't have a problem with people boosting for the playoffs but I think the people that boost during the season are the ones that hurt their players in the long run. Those people should really consider the PeeWee leagues if they want to boost.

My team knew going in that there were going to be boosting teams and that we wouldn't win a championship. But I think the people that boost early are the ones that end up redoing their team in a season or 2 and the reason why Regional Minors, National Minors and Semi Pro can't field 3 leagues. Those teams start to fall apart because their players are no longer able to compete. There are some early boosters that will make it but IMO the teams that wait are the ones that will be around in Nat pros and WL

Too many variables to give a specific percentage. The biggest being your build plan... where are the SPs going, what attributes are you training....

I just boosted a spare part STOP dot and compared to a identical dot. Both were at 78.6 speed before EQ. The boosted dot was at 87% trained before boosting and unboosted one was at 89% trained. Both have speed 40% enhanced and both were getting 13% training returns in 4way multi training.

I boosted the dot 3 times (one at a time) and before I added any SPs the training returns were still at 13% since I only went up to 79.8 before EQ. After adding all 27 SPs (I had some SPs before boosting) I capped speed at 83.8. That took my training results down to 10.4%. Not a huge difference in my primary. My #3 attribute (strength) dropped 6.5% without a single SP being added.

You can take this either way. I see it as big losses for your #3 and #4 attributes. Since my #1 will only lose 12% training in these last 4 multi trains I agree that isnt much of a loss. It is going to be a while before I start to build my 3 and 4 the losses they take now will start to add up.

The thing about people who cut a small corner in year 1 by boosting early are probably going to cut quite a few more corners by the time the dot with get to the pro levels. To me boosting early in itself isn't a capitol crime, but it is indicative of a probable pattern of continued short cuts that will end up killing the dot.
