I am demoting this team to Sophomore Casual. It's not that the team did bad over the last 4 seasons but I just would like to switch things up a little bit. I am always on GLB throughout the day, and I am a very dedicated owner and player. I have always been a pass first type of coach, but if the situation is right, I could change it around. On defense, I prefer the 4-3 defense and would like to stick with that, but if you have a strong argument against it, I'll listen carefully. Thanks and may the best of luck to you.
