So yea, not sure what I am doing with him. Interest peaked when he was rewarded with a new piece of EQ that I like.

He is LVL 73 and has the ability to obtained 30 more SP and EQ to partner with the 13 SP he holds. So yea, he can become better. And I am willing to boost him, if the right situation presents.
