change the boosting rules so that you can skip that first season day 48 boost (8 days after creation) and make it up at the end for ALL dots - whether they play peewee or not

so heading into the final growing season, someone would boost 3 times after rollover and 6 times on day 1 at age 281

it is really just permanently extending a rule which is set to expire that allows up to 6 boosts the final boosting period in order to get to level 79

then anyone can play peewee or rookie and not be put at a disadvantage while peewee rules remain as is

Except that anyone in rookie would be at a disadvantage training wise.

+1 so hard it makes you uncomfortable to watch. One of the worst outcomes of the APD changes was to force dots to boost before playing a down just to stay competitive at plateau.
Don't argue with idiots.
First, they bring you down to their level.
Then they win with their experience.

or just not play peewee and play rookie if you want a longterm dot?

This is the logic behind the suggestion, that players should be able to make peewee dots longterm without being at a disadvantage.

Having it the other way is killing off peewee because of the lack of available dots.

Except that if you are building correctly for Pee Wee those dots will end up way behind the curve due to spending early on SAs and not hitting high caps on their primary and be fairly useless in the high levels along with losing critical training gains by boosting early for the playoffs. If you are building correctly for the long term you'd be far less useful in Pee Wee and just clutter up those leagues especially when the playoff roll around and teams forgo their boosts until day 48.

I'd rather see all Pee Wee dots be one and done. Still a -1 for me.

for one, if you make it for guys to boost to 79 when out of peewee, its the same thing as rookie. Why the fuck have a peewee league if its the exact same as rookie? well actually its better because you'll get to train at the lower levels longer then boost those 3x later on in the dots career.

This would kill off rookie. i for one would take the 3 boosts at the end of my dots career over the start because of the training.

just stating facts. if you want a one and done dot, play peewee like its meant to be played. If you want a real dot and dont feel like wasting money, play rookie.

Having "peewee" in the title is going to kill this suggestion, when it's the normal dots that need this suggestion most. The premature boosting is making dot experimentation cost-prohibitive, which is why we'll only see formula dots from agents that aren't using GM scripts to plot their builds.

@ Kop - you have said you don't care about pee wee at all, so why chime in on something that you already have a predisposed hatred for?

What about a full reset for all dots after the first season.
That way you could play pee wee and reset once the season is over.
It would also help new players (and old!) who mess up their builds.
Just a thought.
So everyone bitched that GLB wasn't out of beta so all the large scale changes would stop, now that it is out of beta, people are bitching that there aren't any more large scale changes? You people are fucked in the head.

Even if the dots are poorly built for peewee, they are still grossly better than the CPU that each of us in peewee is sick of seeing.
