How can it go up the middle, if my HB doesn't even make an effert to go up the middle, He runs directly to the right and doesn't stop to collect $500.

I dunno but it's been considered up the middle each time you called it

I tried to find another team who has run this play (HB Pitch right from shotgun) and wasn't able to find one in 6 or so leagues of looking. Even tougher is it seems most teams are playing private scrims for some reason so gives even fewer games to scout through.

It's possible that it's triggering the PBP text to say middle because the pitch is so close to the QB and the HB starts in a diagonal motion toward the line instead of lateral to it. I was hoping to find another team calling it to see if a different speed/built HB might behave differently but as i said i wasn't able to find another team that ran it from WL through your league.

Looks like a Bug, need a few more replays to see if its everytime that play is called, or if there is a specific reason etc.

If no one gets there first, I'll hunt around for some in a bit.

This was in a different game. i will try to find one that has a different player, but as Alindyl states, there aren't very many teams that run this play.

I know my team used that play at least once last season, but damned if I can find it now, much less remember what the pbp said.

Yeah, not seeing anyone really using this play, so running a test game to verifyow n, will file directly if Bug is consistent to that play.

Verified, SG HB Pitch Right is always triggering the "Up the Middle" PBP description.
