Either decrease the distance a defender has to be in order create a logged "hurry" on a QB, or cut down the bad pass ratio on hurries.

Not sure if the QBs have to increase a skill or add to VA in order to offset this new addition to the sim of making the QB throw 20 bad passes per game on 36 attempts.(can we say Tebow)

Here is an example of this
Comp:11
Attempts:38
Hurries:23
Bad Passes:20

23 hurries on 38 attempts.... that's 20 bad passes on 38 attempts.

Many of the hurries are not close to the QB to make it a legit hurried pass.

I am not going to +1 or -1 one here as it could be a problem with the build or even the way the offense is ran. alot of different aspects could go into the problem.

This. From what Iv seen both hurries and their relation to bad throws have been working well.

in some cases I agree with you but there are a ton of people that bitch about stuff on here that the problem is their damn builds. sadly but true is the fact that on GLB there are more shitty dot builders than good dot builders. so in alot of cases the fix ur build isn't a excuse. in this situation it may or may not be the case. that was why I didn't give a +1 or a -1 because I didn't have all the info needed to make a educated decision on the suggestion.

This is actually a great example of when hurries should be happening. Six on six blitz, FB misses his vision check. That QB would definitely be panicking in the pocket unless he has ice water in his veins. If that QB has confidence over 80 and 10 in Pocket Presence maybe he should be winning that roll for it not to be a bad throw but at level 52 that is a dicey proposition.

The OC would not have had the issue if he had targeted the HB first in the progression, and would have probably had an easier check to pass if he had targeted WR1 or WR2 first as well. Instead he had the ball going to the one receiver on the field who was double covered and the perceived pressure made him throw it too soon.

This is a case of bad choices being made by the OCs on both teams in that game. Which is fine because there is a decent chance both were just running basic AI because it is the preseason. If you want to make more high percentage throws this season you need to do a little scouting first, which is exactly how it should be. OCs have gotten a little used to having it be super easy to force throws into coverage with pressure the last few seasons with no real downside. The updates to the sim this season give a downside to teams that aren't preparing correctly.

Of the many things that need fixing, offense is not one of them.

In all of that, didn't even mention the FS (5 yards away) getting credit for the hurry... sometimes I see why folks don't even bother anymore. Not even sure why that post was quoted lol

he answered your question if you will go back and read his post he actually explained why the FS got credit for the hurry. you are in such a hurry to argue and think people are just looking over your suggestion. that the one guy that took the time to actually explain to you. you crack a smart alec attitude towards. you say you see why sometimes folks don't even bother well friend sadly you are included in that equation.
