He prolly mean zone defenses (100% zone or WRs/CBs on man + the rest one zone), not defensive shells (cover 1, 2, 3, 4)

Ok, well i just thought when he said he doesn't play zone that he plays cover 0..

Would make more sense to say i play C1 C2 C3 or C0 instead of what he said overall
