Why do DEs have to wait for the TEs to get out of there way before they can do anything? How hasnt this been considered an offensive exploit?

If this is considered a "chip" shouldnt player builds effect this?

DEs should be allowed to come off the ball hard and not wait for TEs to move.

sorry, but that could just be a failed Vision on the snap or a slow E (it's not like he was fast once he started moving compared to other speed players)

He started moving, then stopped so the TE can go by at full speed. Then started again.

question as to if this is a bug or a suggestion... guess I'll leave it here for now


Have an option for TE, attempt chip if running route, or not

if not, have the TE go around the DE (it's what happens in reality)
if yes for the chip, have it based off of agility and strength etc and have the TE's route be effected... rather than just freezing the DE

I assume adding a chip would be to complicated.

I just dont think the DE should always be the one to slow down. In football on passing plays the TE usually is eluding the DE. If there a legit receiving option they dont want to throw off the timing of the route.
