Is anyone else having huge problems with completions? (against level competition)

I'm talking with my agents about what settings they are using, and we have now tried a few, but the results always seem to be the same, open players not looked at and just terrible passing.
The builds are good and the AI used to work.

Being an OC right now is like trying to run with your laces tied together.

It's a mess and has been since the change on the 16th. There are a few that seemed to want it this way and like to defend that it is right as is, but it's not.... it's a terrible mess. Hurries and bad passes are way up, and it's just rediculous. It's like that everywhere.

yup your best bet right now is slam it between the tackles repeatedly downs 1-4 and hope you're better at doing that than your opponent

Pass quality took a hit last season and with this season's changes to pressure, passing is very hard to do. Toss in an opponent that knows what he's doing with a ground & pound offense and one or two three and outs by a passing team equals a morale spiral you can't climb out of.

Looking at the elite league the team I OC is in..... National Minor Elite #2 a grand total of 6 teams are completing 50% of their passes or better and one of those teams has thrown 10 passes the whole season.

Seems to be a coin flip to me, atm.

passing has always been shitty for lower level leagues. In the end game, completed passes into double and triple coverage when it appears that the 3 dots have the WR completely covered are the norm.

This is funny to me, QBs have to F.U.B. "ar" at lower levels, and CBs have to F.U.B. "ar" at end game. Whew, gotta love it.

And the nerf to deep passing.

There are still passes you can make though. Crossing routes and slants that were broken three seasons ago seem to get dots open... then it just becomes a matter of the QB choosing to pull thr trigger and actually throw the ball.

Heres another thing I've noticed, at the start of games we have no problem rushing, then qtr 2 and 3 happen, then qtr 4 we pick it up again.
Sometimes I just cannpt figure this game out at all, is this still about football?

It is if you think football is about slamming it between the tackles until you're blue in the face for everything that's not pro or WL.

Bad passes without hurries seem to be WAY up.

Those would have been complete (or at least not a bad pass) the last two seasons.

I don't mind some bad passes without hurries. Just watch Matt Cassel play.
