Anyone with a solid DC resume who is not in a conflict of interest want to take over Dharma's defense?

I have enough trouble trying to get anything going on offense right now, to try and make changes at the DC level as well is beyond me. I know I'm not going to make playoffs with this start, so it is a chance for someone motivated to get in there and make some changes.
