The replay display says that the defense is "3 WR 4-3 Cover 0"

That sounds like one of the standard defensive plays and looking at the play and the playbook it does seem to be what was called on the field.

Using the DAI test of the DAI in use, the Matching Input of down distance quarter etc and my AI generates two packages of mine. I have looked through those two packages and neither of them contain the 3 WR 4-3 Cover 0 defense nor any plays that look like that defense. Nor do I use standard D plays in my AIs at all.

I lose enough on my own. I don't need the server calling plays for me too.

Or maybe I do. But this one gave up 15 yards.

Some Bug Mod ask for GM invite and I can let you survey the situation.

Do you have to set your DAI in the scrim pre-sets???? I thought it would use whatever you have active if no preset was selected?

We can't file a bug based on a private scrim, but if you want, I'll take a look at it for you.

Its actually screwier than that. The Word just stopped using their DAI it seems. They played two scrims, both times they were running basic D plays.

The Word and Miracle were sharing a DAI today. I wonder if that had anything to do with it. In any case I have copied the DAI under a new name and made it the Word D for the next couple scrims. See if that reset things or not.

Okay that fixed it.

But definitely was a bug in there somehow, perhaps in the shared DAI.

It should use whatever DAI is on the preset options page, at least for the quick scrims. Planned scrims are a different beast. Either way, the tactics calendar should list the AIs were used.

You mentioned both teams were sharing the same DAI. Do you mean that both were assigned to use the same AI from your personal AIs? I could see the potential for a bug if that was the case. If it's that you copied the DAI from one team to the other, the answer likely is that the custom D plays either A) weren't copied or B) were copied, but weren't reassigned in the copied AI, which would still point to the original D plays.

Works fine now that I copied the DAI, also into my personal AI, and renamed it and set that one as the active one for one team and left the original for the other team.

I have done this before though and did not notice a problem, so if that caused the bug its not 100 percent or its new.

Was you on a .5 Yd Line or had .5 Yds. to go in Down and Distance?
