Not a bug -- this is just the sim rounding so the PBP is easier to read.

Like Fish said, everything is rounded to the nearest half yard.

For example, if 2nd and 5.5 is really 2nd and 5.7, and the 2-yard run was really a 1.8 yard run, then the remaining distance is 3.9 yards, which rounds up to 4.

Not a bug.
