Lots of good reasons to join a D League team, tbh

Crappy Overbearing Owners being #1

I will agree for the most part but not all owners are crappy and not all are over bearing. you just need to find the good ones and try to stay loyal to those as much as possible.

+1.. tired of my QB returning kicks, also I have some non-boosting dots that enjoy playing in D League, at least you get some stats there.

D-league shouldn't be ideal for players. It should be a last resort for people who either cannot forge relationships in GLB and are unable to get their dots on a human team that will work for them or for people who build terrible dots and/or mediocre QBs & HBs.

This. And since when does any player on any team get to veto his assignment?
Don't argue with idiots.
First, they bring you down to their level.
Then they win with their experience.

Sure and I am not advocating for getting rid of D-leagues, they serve a few purposes, but D-league teams shouldn't adjust to fit the wants of agents who could have those wants attended to on a real team.

It should not be a goal, nor should it ever be a goal, to have GLB stats inline with NFL stats.

consider the D leagues as the ultimate crappy owner. except in this case, you go in knowing most likely how the kr/pr is picked. if you allow people to not play kr/pr, then you have to allow others not to play ST at all. pass rushing DEs will demand not to play on runs. Qbs will only want to be on passing plays. now that we know how easy it is to put multiple players onto a single team, we dont really want to open up letting them decide where they want to play. i'll never understand the point of getting stats against CPU and under leveled players.
