The 10 testers should be paid staff that runs test for season 32, all season 31 long on a private server, not active players of the game. Then in season 32, start working on the tests for season 33 changes. They could collaborate on testing, discuss sim issues along with potential solutions, test out a fix, if it does not or only partially works, tweak it, test some more, test a solution for a different issue, and on and on and on..... At the start of the play offs, have each of the testers post their thoughts on next years sim so teams can start planning based on actual user feedback. We should not have 10 'testers' getting a free 10 day preview of the sim, who then spend the regular season kicking the teeth in of all the other teams due to some inside information.

So lets get 10 guys who have no idea what they are doing to test out the sim for a season. Makes perfect sense. And the testers actually see just as much as you via the test link. Not to mention not everything from the test server makes the live server either.

I'd take the advice given you. The current testers are NOT paid.

They care more about the $$$ than whether the season is properly tested. Everything they do is geared towards greed rather than quality. I've lost all respect for the powers that make decisions. Now they seem a little worried about their paychecks so we'll get some BS testing project to attempt to tide us over with anticipation. Honesty, if they could program a decent football they would have already done so and moved on to the next game. The company is Warrior General Games so no telling what product they are working on but the word is baseball which has very little collision detection and seriously a much easier game to program. I am a game programming and simulation major in school so I know a bit about this stuff so not just talking to say something. I showed this GLB Blitz to some school colleagues and they basically laughed and when I told them how much it costs they were like WOW! Great business model but shitty game. And people really pay top $$$ for that crap?? Yep, I'm one of them so I know there is a market for this type game. We love our football and GLB has taken advantage of our loyalty and appreciation of what they do... Going to take a lot of well received hard word and caring to change my mind about spending my $$$ on anymore flex. I'd rather quit the game first...

I wouldn't test this game for flex and no cash... How much do you really give a shit when someone doesn't pay you? Here's a lot of repetitious work and we're going to give you something that costs us nothing in return. FLEXIE. Give me a fucking break really GLB.. StarCraft II and Diablo III is where it's at but really needing a great football simulation as this is why we are here. For the football. Unfortunately we are all in the same slow burning black cauldron together. Smoldering in our misery of what we hope the game would have become and it can't even keep progressing. I can't watch the sims anymore, I get pissed off at the QB for just about everything... lol.. What do we do man?? We definitely want to be here or we wouldn't so I'm just saying we want GLB to succeed but we want to feel like we are treated with something of value for our $$$..
