I am looking for dedicated agents who are guys who can stick with a team for the long haul and have the flex to do so. I am not asking Agents to create multiple guys to fill the team I am just asking that agents create a player or as many as they can so that they can last the whole career.

I will send an invite to the forum that I have set up for discussion on how we should go about creating the team before I go and buy one. I want to set something up with agents who are going to be committed before I commit to a team again.

We are still looking for agents who are looking to join a team that will be around for the long haul once planned out for and bought. We have a good group of agents already in place to talk it over and get the team together before starting to create players and where we are headed in the future.

That is fine... Like it says in the OP I want to get the team set up with agents who can create players and help in any way possible. Also if you are willing to step in as DC we can form the defense the way you want it and go from there.
