Note this is not a Y/N question and therefore is not a poll thread. I will also say that this is not a suggestion, just a way to collectively garner the opinions of the users on this subject.

That being said I think that collecting CPU teams every offseason and only releasing a few every offseason will help condense a number of the leagues in the lower levels and it would free up players who end up on only half full teams.

Thoughts?

P sure this happens anyways with the league sorting. Going back to a waitlist wouldn't change anything.

I've always advocated for a double sort, so you get the best possible parity, but Bort was never on board.

Bort loves those cupcake teams.

yes it would. There are currently 61 CPU rookie teams. I'm not even going to look further than that. If even ONE single human dot was on every one of those CPU teams that is enough dots to fill a whole team.

Keeping extra teams around for no reason makes the available player pool thin and instead of having 1 team with 50 players you now get half filled teams

here is a quote from someone currently forum banned on the matter'

I have a team in PW gold right and 2 in copper and it's pretty lame. 2 of the teams in Gold are just rosters filled with one persons multi accounts, a few are like mine (non-booster, one agent), and then a handful of people stupid enough to boost PW dots. Silver is 80% CPU and Copper is 95% CPU. Whenever I suggest getting rid of the gold, silver, copper shit and going back to the way it was (eliminating dozens and dozens of leagues in the process) everyone starts screaming about how I must hate peewee.

I think there are too many people here that only care about their own team and don't give a shit about the overall health of this game.

Well obviously looking at Rookie you can see Bort went with the wrong quantity of leagues this season. But that's just Rookie. You have to look at the big picture. Likewise, you're looking at things now.

You would have to look at things RIGHT after the sort (or proposed team release) to have any kind of validation.

There are so many teams that sell off when they are unable to recruit what they feel is a stable/quality group. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen before D41. It happens at the end of the offseason, which is too late because Bort has already sorted the teams.

id definitely like to cut back on teams in each league. No need to have so many leagues under one age group, very unnecessary and hurtful.

I've never been anywhere near WL or even pros with an owned team or a dot because i thoroughly enjoy going from rookie to whatever and restarting but this has gotten ridiculous. I'm either playing teams that are out leveled by my team by 10+ levels or im playing CPU teams. Would be nice to get a waiting list so newer owners have to sign up and wait like the good old days. Would love for the leagues to be condensed.

FFS McBriar there wouldnt be so many teams selling because they cant find players if they werent given a team in the first place. Im probably not wrong in saying people have sold their teams and then just left the game altogether.

by my saying yes, doesn't mean you are not a complete cunt blowtime

but, yes I think some of the lower leagues need help with condensing
I got fortunate enough to be put in one hell of a competitive rookie league, further down line its kinda week for rookie

maybe something to consider after sorting the league, the CPU teams come for sale by order to fill leagues first. Not a grab what every CPU team you want.

Wait list or not...there will still be teams full of non caring dots, teams partly full of non caring dots, and teams that just have a couple of non caring dots setting up for the future.
I provide an offense that spreads the legs of the defense and delivers the coconuts in a variety of ways.
