Haven't noticed this before.

WR seems to pull basically a pick block on my SS who is trying to cover the TE, pulling him off the coverage and allowing an easy completion.

Bug???

Same play and similar coverage here. Not sure what happens, the WR does not seem to hit the SS but then the SS hits the ground for no apparent reason.

Bug?????

it's a catch fake. In flash if you watch the play step by step, he slightly shrinks as a catch fake fires.

Any fake can sometimes cause a player to trip or stumble and so while it looks like a fall down it is more like a drop to the knee from such a sharp cut (sharper cut then the agility will support). So yeah jukes and catch fakes are especially harsh about doing that to people. I saw one juke by an HB cause 4 dots up to 5 yards away to fall down for a split second.
