Shouldnt 4th quarter inputs override the general stuff? Especially seeing how the above had a tagged player and my 4th quarter input is any TE and any BTE

So the defense on the goalline shouldn't have been called since the input was to stop AT MY 20 YARDLINE

this was the input for the plays before (that were called rightfully)

Im running it through the tester and getting the same results so I think this is an instance of 4th quarter input without matching field position taking precedence over an input that has everything right
