I heard you should request new cpu after every 2-3 because as season goes and team level goes wouldnt they go up as well?

CPU players' levels are set at game time based on the human players on both teams. The levels listed on the CPU is meaningless. There is no need to request new CPUs just to update the level shown on the CPU player.

i find that they need to be changed daily. otherwise, they start to smell very quickly from crapping themselves against so many real teams.

oh yeah, this too. but you might want to change out CPUs based on game plans. if you plan to run alot, run blockers might be slightly better than pass blockers.
