And he spent last season playing for a WL conference title. You just don't understand how teams that can stay in WL for the long term work. Hood is a mainstay because we are always bringing in younger dots and those agents whose dots are replaced don't get pissy about letting a younger dot take their place. In contrast, your teams are up in WL every 10 seasons or so because you can't achieve sustained success (not that you've ever had any real WL success). Have fun gutting after this season because you don't have what it takes to stay in WL for the long term.

The name of the team is One Foot Out the Door and bolick said in Dub J's forum that he's basically quitting after this season.

I like the name, we spent at least 20 minutes on it. most of it had to do with all of us quitting our OC/DC jobs though.

So you plan to keep the team around next season without any coordinators? Also, when did creek start DCing for that team?

we've shown 5 different defenses and 3 different offenses this season. its a lot easier to only do one team, which is the point entirely.
