Do these two work together? If the CB strength is low end (under 40 or 50 say, or 6), and tacking is in the 70s, will Jackhammer work? Or is it a wasted SA?

Thread title and content are a bit different. A 6 strength 70tackle CB won't be forcing many KLs with jackhammer VA.

A CB with good strength/tackling but happens to be 170lb and jackhammer, monster hit, ff% power tackler va can definitely get KLs

That's true forgot weight actually is relevant, I was merely referring to the low strength which in a real world CB means he is stick boy.

except low strength DB's do not regularly get KL's... pretty rare.
