The last few times I've watched replay, its jumping all over the place. Is this a bug or something with my settings/browser?
Anyone else having this problem.

I use Google Chrome.

seems fine here. try a hard refresh while in the replay (ctrl+F5)

I have watched several games the past two or three days and haven't seen any issues with it.

Anyone else?

Probably helps to know which version of Chrome on which OS/Platform. Chrome is a bit weird from other browsers in that they have some low level hooks to try and enhance things as much as possible. Also (though especially in Firefox more so then Chrome), if there is a flash program running in a different tab, you will see all around performance problems with anything javascript intensive. Try closing out all the other programs and tabs on your computer first and then see if it is still jumpy. I've seen this issue before at times but since I have cpu monitors on all the time I often times see things eating up the CPU that is not GLB (most notible non-flash sites to cause browser performance problems with chrome are Facebook and Google+ surprisingly enough so might help to close out tabs to those sites as well and/or simply restart the entire browser).

Have you tried watching on any other browser? Could be an issue with Chrome itself.
