OK, so EQ Auto Upgrade is NGTH, let's forget it.
Actually what we want is simple: We don't want click so much times just to upgrade our EQ, especially when you have more dots, more click you need to do.
This is a penalty to user who want create more dots, how many times you need to click to upgrade one player?
1.Click player link
2.Click "edit EQ"
3.Click EQ you want to upgrade.
4.Click number you want to upgrade
5.Click upgrade
6.Click OK
Repeat 3~6
So one player you have to click 2+4x4 = 18 times!
If you have 50+ dot to upgrade, cool you need to click 900 times!
So GLB, if you don't want to do Auto EQ upgrade, fine, let's thinking other way - A tool can mass upgrade my player's EQ.

On the screen list your player and position(maybe arche, too), every player have 4 slot(Head, Body, Feet, Hand).
Each slot showsall EQ you have.
Every EQ shows:
Type: B=Basic A=Advanced
No.:EQ serial, if you have two basic EQ and one Advanced EQ, it shows B1, B2, A1.
Current: Show what upgrade this EQ has.
Upgrade Remaining: Show how many times this EQ can upgrade.
Upgrade: you can choose what attribute and how many times to upgrade, you can use apply all upon the screen to mass select.
Upon the screen it's mass apply tool, you can use Filter to choose what position you want to see:

(Reset only appear at off-season, when you choose reset, Attribute choose column will blackout, and EQ type can only choose B)

In this example, it will apply speed +2 to all your Head Basic EQ no.1
Then you click Apply to All, then execute, EQ upgraded!
I think you can do more beautiful interface, but the concept is only one thing: make your customer comfortable.
