I wouldn't invest anything in the last 2 SA's of the top SA tree

You can get by with 69 for sure just as redd mentioned distribute them better .
If you go 4 aeq items using all 4 on % pieces say 2 pd% and 2 pq% or as some like 3 pq and 1 pd then you can spend your SA sps as such
30-30-9 this is natural 10-10-5 add in ceq and it goes to 11-11-10 thats pretty solid

If you want to do 3 aeq and push attributes up a bit more then you have to either cut down on say 1 piece of PD% and do the same SA set up or keep the 2nd PD item and spend more sps on SA's .

I dont really like look off and am ambivalent on quick read . Conventional theory seems to be either take quick read to 8+ or leave it at zero . It all depends on what your OC prefers really .

Thanks for the feedback. I'm probably going to go w/ 4 pieces of AEQ. I'll have to get w/ my OC and see what his thoughts are in the way of the Quick Read SA.
