If a team owner has been inactive for 14 days, support will sell back the team (allowing you to sign elsewhere). You just need to send a ticket to support (it's not an automatic process).

Yes. If you were in the league last year it automatically renews ownership. Draft is 8/28 @ 4:00pm EST
