All I want is to move my team. I know things get hectic in the off-season, which is why I opened my ticket on December 29th, over 5 days ago, so they'd have plenty of time to respond. Instead, Support gave me nothing but 5 days of delays, hassles, and grief, and then just closed my ticket tonight while leaving my most recent PM unread -- and without moving us.

C'mon, guys, this is getting dumb.

I did. Their response: Looks like the first ticket was addressed.

It wasn't addressed. My team hasn't been moved.

If you guys don't want me to throw tantrums, trying solving my problems before I get angry enough to throw a tantrum. Give it a try.

what is it you are actually trying to accomplish, its not in the OP... move which team where? your team is already in pro, what are you trying to accomplish?

Yes, I'm mad. If my team doesn't get moved tonight, it's gonna be stuck in a crappy, boring league for Season 39. And I knew if I waited 'til the last minute on this, there's a chance I'd be stuck... which is why I opened the ticket 5 days ago, to give them time. Time which they pointlessly wasted.
