100 Flex Dots
Creation = 100
Boosts (x30) = 100x30 = 3000
CEQ = 1100

Total = 4200
Return at retirement = 100 + 3000x0.7 + 900x0.7 = 2830

Creation = 200
Boosts (x30) = 200x30 = 6000
