Ok this is actually really simple but requires a little elbow grease.
To start, download and install the following Firefox addon, FireBug:
For Firefox 3: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1843
For Firefox 2, check this link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/versions/1843
Once the addon is installed, restart firefox (the addon installer should force you to do it anyway) and you're good to go.
Next you need the team ID of the target team which will receive the tactics. In this example it will be http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=4857
In this case, the new team ID will be 4857.
Go to the advanced def or off AI of the team whose settings you want to use. Now, right click on the small text box for FG range and select "Inspect element" from the drop down box as so: http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h203/tyrant91101/Step1.jpg
On the bottom half of your firefox, a big box will appear with the HTML code for the page. The following line will be select:

<input type="text" size="3" value="" name="field_goal_range"/>
Now go a few lines bellow that and there will be the following line, which you have to edit:

<input type="hidden" value="373" name="team_id"/>
Click on the team ID number (In this case 373 because I'm using Moscow Dragons as the example) and change it to the target ID (4857 in this example) as so: http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h203/tyrant91101/Step2.jpg
Click outside the text box to unselect it and apply the changes. Now close that box and scroll down and click update. It usually takes a while to send the data as many of you know. Once it done however, it will show the page of the advanced AI for the new target team (once again 4857 in this example) with the AI fully set.
For defense, do the same thing except right click on the text "Select Base Defense," do Inspect Element, and the needed hidden form will be a few lines below it.
Have fun!
