The player gets created before you run the script. I would actually be able to send you a contract offer while you are rolling.

I think so you can get Max XP (900), and still not hit level 2 before the end of the season. Then you sign on a Pee Wee league (limited to lvl 1?), then boost, then boost at the beginning of the new season, then after the 1st game, you've got yourself a level 8 player in the Pee Wee league.

False, you can't boost twice for a PeeWee. The best you can achieve is lvl 5.

The reason you can't "double boost" in PeeWee is that the rosters get reset every offseason, and anyone not at level 1 gets booted from the roster. If I recall, this reset happens at the season rollover, to make sure you don't boost at the end of the season, then again to start the following season.
