That already popped into my head. I will probably be knocking them down a few notches. I think lv7 is probably too high right now.

is this equipment gonna be for Levels?

for instance if u added a +5 would it be for say

level 3-10's?

I think the levels limit might be a pretty good idea. It will make it so you have to work for your equipment a little.

i agree taht the forum needs to bee darker and i love how fast the site is all the time i hardly have to wait anytime its like amazing

It keeps track of you for a while automatically. You don't have to log in - just go directly to your home page (you can bookmark it)

Or, you could just click in the little box where you put your usernames. If you dont clear the cash it will save it and all you have to do is click twice

Ya know, I was thinking of something like 1 on 1's, but couldn't come up with an idea I really liked for them so I didn't bother posting.

The best thing I could come up with is a Pro-Bowl-style skills competition or something like that.

Whatever gets implemented, if games are going to be every other day, then there really should be something in the middle to keep people coming back. If not, then having a day off may just need to be a less common thing.

Could possibly do "drills" that would have to be lined up against a certain position.

IE: LB vs HB (rushing drill), WR/TE vs DB, QB vs DB, QB vs DL, DL vs OL.

Something like this wouldnt be necessary until more people join the game though.

I've been trying to think of something for off days as well.

Skills competitions/Training camp sounds kinda cool.

I've thought of allowing friendlies.

Also, we eventually want to have it so your player can get sponsorship deals and he would have to use free days to film commercials and stuff. He would then have a piece of custom gear added to the store that he could name. This would only be for the top few players in the game of course.

Need to come up with more of a use for money before that happens though.

Games need to happen every other day so managers have a chance to make moves and stuff before games are played (since stuff gets processed at day change).

Ah, that totally makes sense now. The every other day thing has a real purpose

Friendlies are a good thing to have out there, but probably won't be used on a constant basis.

As for Sponsorship deals, that's friggin awesome! It totally makes sense for the big deals that get custom gear to be just for the best players, but it shouldn't stop there. IRL, even the mid-level players manage to get sponsorship deals from local car dealerships and things like that. It wouldn't be big-time enough to get you custom gear or anything like that, but it could earn a few extra bucks and be off the charts on the unintentional humor scale

As for what else to spend money on:

If you don't plan to use Flex Points to let people customize gear, money could be used.

Personal trainers, better workout equipment could be hired/leased for $X/day and help train faster.

I don't know if you're planning on injuries in this game, but since it's football, I imagine they'll happen eventually. If so, then $ can be required for things like doctor's bills, surgery, physical therapy, or a hyperbolic chamber to help you recover faster.

Things like a car or house which could give a very small boost to Confidence. The nicer the car or larger the house, the more confident the player feels off the field, so the more confident he feels on the field.


Those are just a few ideas off the top of my head, you probably have some others already
