The wizards are currently 6th and we should be 4th. We only lost to the top 3 and 2 teams that we beat with the same record are a head of us.

i dont even know how it works out anymore but I think since its a 3 way tie it now has to do with who has scored the most points

Yep. Its decided by points scored. We are third, then its saskatoon, then its the yellowknife, then its you guys. Thats in the order that is is here
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team_stats.pl?league_id=109&conference_id=217&stat=other&sort=points_scored&playoffs=0
and thats the same order thats in the rankings.

It's confusing as hell. Hogwarts beat Yellowknife but lost to Cardinal and Moose Jaw who lost to Yellowknife. I never liked the points scored deal because you have to worry about hanging 255 on a lesser or CPU team instead of being able to try new things and letting the backups get more playing time.

ok guys first I checked and the 5 12-3 teams are all 2-2 against each other so throw head to head matchups out. They don't matter.

So that means it's strictly down to points scored then right?

Head to head is a cluster F.....
Anything can happen come playoff time with the 12-3 teams.....
the Cocks lost to Hogwarts and Cards...but it was as much tactics as anything.
We beat Yellowknifes and moose....it was much Tactics as anything.....
We can beat ANY of those teams wtih a good game.... We can loose to ANY of those teams just as easy........
Hell if we dont Give up 28 points on Special teams against the Mounties , we are in THAT game too.
I am glad I came over to OC for the Cocks , but this league is Tough. My QB actually had it Easier in AA , then he does here.
This is a really great league.....

This is indeed a powerful league... I never thought we would lose 3 games... but it is great to have to scout every game

No doubt. I posted in the team forum earlier about how so many different scenarios with just one game left just shows the parity of this league.

This is still wide open and even Alberta can be knocked off in the playoffs. It should be a very interesting 10 days
