Warrior General Games

These are a couple of suggestions for next seasons draft.

1 : Break up the draft into smaller sections by player level.eg. Draft Blue = players upto level 16, Draft Red = players level 17 to 38, Draft Green = Player levels 39+

This way team can be put into drafts for players that they need, also see who the competion is. This will also cut down the time to do a draft. I think the other draft spilt their draft up, going on how they took over the chatrooms

2: Allow AFK drafting, if a team owner or representative isn't going to be online, don't forget his is just a game, real life will get in the way. Then allow a team owner to submit a list of players to used for thier picks. Maybe have a trusted person having the lists, so they can cross off players picked and announe who was picked from the AFK owners.

Make it player names only, not any OT or highest Safety, but allow more than the number of picks gven to each team, so if 7 rounds of picks, alow 20 players to be on list for AFK drafting.

I like breaking the draft up but we have time to decide on how. I do like the levels being all together but there are other ways to break it down.
1)By rounds over the entire weekend
2)Into two different divisions

but we have a little while to figure it out- maybe even vote on it

I know what you mean. Hard to follow what's going on when I'm living on European Time, and the draft is taking place between EST and PCT.

Order players by level, and in the pool split them up ie: Power HB, speed HB etc and a * means slowbuilt.

I think the rules for draft day trades should be adjusted. I think trades made during draft should need just 1 or 2 votes to be approved by maybe a pre-designated person. Just a thought to make things more organized and easier for teams to trade during the draft. Also maybe a rule where they have to make the trade at least 3 picks before the pick involved in the trade. That would prevent holding up other teams.
