One more suggestion is deciding how you are breaking up the draft by days because we can not all do it on one night so you need to make set dates for the draft to continue so people dont have to stay up till 1 in the morning just to figure out what time they are drafting tommarow!

Yea, maybe you could make a specific website with the pools and announce who is on and who got pick, like the "real NFL" draft.

Next Year we should only have a certain amount of teams 30-32 teams in the draft because that way picks can become picked smoother and it will make leagues more competitive and at the end of the draft if your team is skipped and you forget to make your pick just stay reminded that you will get a complimentary pick which must be PM'd to Team Nucleus at the end of the round and you can take your pick at whoever is left at the round.

The 1st stage of the draft will have a certain number of rounds depending upon the # of teams that are in the draft and equivalent to the # of players as well. ALSO TEAMS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RE-SHUFFLING OF THE LEAGUES AND FINDING YOUR CAPS NEXT SEASON. Although if we have information we will let the team owners know.

Players who aren't drafted will just have a thread of there own in which we will leave teams to see if another team can fill there needs at that position.

there should be no cap of team

since this is no NFL

and i believ more than 30 teams can be in teh draft

we just need a more organized system

Yea the reason I suggested this is because we don't seem to be able to obtain active and responsible guys. The person in charge of the site has done a superb job and team nucleus takes very long to respond too PM's and that's because he has way too much to do. I would love to step in and take a huge role in this draft. I suggested something in the Now Hiring thread. It contains almost everyone's roles

{1} after every round there should be a 10 min down time for the people trying to keep up with
players draft board
Draft order board

{2} There should be 8 to 10 trade approve 'rs with still the 4 of 6 to pass
and TN on 3 0f 6 still has overriding vote plus i would add mmartian on that as well.

{3} When the draft is taking place in the draft room
team name on the clock
team choice
and mmartian and TN or approved staff such as up keep of boards.
also room monitors who enforce rules.
3 times posting in the official draft you are out.

{4} also a complaint and issues board should be in operation.
the issues will be addressed at another time but will be addressed.

{5} Draft participants who weather through this seasons sabotaged
should receive a first round preference .
decent pick.

we should also have a team of saboteurs scouts/moniters.

I suggest that the ILOF give me 10000000 flex

All above will be in our staff to see if we can resolve this issue for our next draft.Good points made here also that could of minimized the Thugs influence.
