Wow! Speaking as Canuck's manager, this is completely unexpected. I know Canuck had a good season, but I really wasn't expecting him to appear on the all star team. I thought the fact he didn't top any stats meant he wouldn't be noticed. He didn't have the most tackles from the secondary... But he was second (Fifth in the league overall) and had zero missed tackles. He didn't have the most INTs, he was second. He didn't have the most passes defended, he was third.. Thanks to everyone who voted for taking that time. I don't know what to say.

Wait, I do. While Canuck is thrilled to receive this award (I smell a contract renegotiation coming! ) the reality is that this award really belongs to a much larger group.

Thanks to primetime, jplee and particularly dylan22 (our defensive coordinator) for the time they spend going over game film and coming up with the strategies that maximize what we have and cover for what we don't.

Thanks to Bruiser Washington, Dog Name (#1 & #2 in hurries in the whole league) and the whole defensive front, including the LB, for forcing some QBs to make some really bad passes.

Thanks to Shadow Jones, Canucks CB bro, and the rest of the secondary for being so good, those bad throws usually came my way.

And finally thanks to Silky for guiding the ship. Honestly, his upbeat, positive demeanor is a lot of what makes this game fun.

Can't wait for next season!

The Stores will give Mr. Canuck free rentals for life to be our CB

Great job man, you really did deserve it, and I'm glad your conference mates saw that, because we at the Stores definitely did.
