should i get custom equipment if i am level1 in pee wee

If you want to keep the player and you have flex to spare, why not? I did that for my two players I have in Peee Wee.

Question: My team only seems to use its offensive timeouts in the 4th quarter, how do I activate them for the end of the second??? Urgent!!

Probably not. It is very expensive and as a newbie to this game you are probably best to play around with builds before getting serious and using flex that you dont fully get back if you retire or sell.

Skill Points add to you players attributes and you gain these through levelling

Training points you gain 2 daily and it costs you training points and money to use these to train your players attributes. When the bar fills up, you receive 1 attribute point to that skill

There's an automatic decline to your player stats after 10 seasons.

You're allowed up to three accounts from the same IP to accomodate people in your position. Just don't use your referral link. You won't get any FP from referring someone that makes an account on your same IP, anyway.

10 seasons and then he begins to decline. You don't have to retire after 10 seasons, though.

what does this mean: "False start penalty committed"?

A false start is when the offensive linemen moves after taking a set position. He's essentially moving before the ball is snapped.
