He definitely said this. Difference between 110-111 is same as 90-91.

No it's not.

Read what Bort said again.

EDIT: Saris is right, McGrai37, that's not true.

Maybe big heart or other multipliers is the only thing that pushes the speed over the "limit" in the coding.

I honestly think it's the agility bonus that makes such an impact. No one builds 100/100 WRs, but I imagine, if they did, they'd be a lot better than the 120/75 WRs we see now.

They're both saying the same thing

What I noticeably saw before was like all CB's were staying with WR's that were faster than them. I had a WR with at the time 108 or speed and mid 60's agility. He wasn't burning anybody. Season 8 especially. I didn't really pay attention in Season 9 in order not to get pissed. Seems there is something in the coding to keep a extremly fast WR from run away from a CB.

Problem found.

There are zero defensive positions where mid 60s agility is considered remotely close to adequate.

The WR was only LVL 32,33 at the time. Have you looked at CB builds in the low 30's. With having to put an emphasis on Vision along with Speed and Agility, its in most cases except for a small few that have 100 Speed, 70 Agility along with high vision 50-60. I've seen LVL 50's that aren't that fast. What I'm saying is those 85 Speed 60 Agility CB's were hanging with this 108 Speed WR

Problem unfound. I have receivers on my team with 115 speed and 80 agility plus a shit ton in first step, change direction and route running. Any high level CB regardless of build looks like his shadow.

And how long were the routes? Its pretty rare to run more than 10, 15 yards before the pass is thrown, and considering a 40 point agility gap, I doubt you were often at top speed before the throw.

And yeah, considering Pierre's post, unfound. But mid 60s agility (when I didn't even look at levels) is still not enough, ever, at almost any position in this game.

And what does it take to get to top speed. Has it ever been proven or quoted from Bort. So these speed emphasis guys aren't reaching top speed probaly ever unless there on kickoffs or broke one deep

You name it. This isn't new, it started at the end of season 7 were it was extremely noticeable. I retired my 118 speed, 72 agility WR was blanketed on go routes by my 88 speed 85 agility Cb that was 15 levels lower.

It isn't just one WR that doesn't get open either, it is almost every high speed WR out there save for a rare example.

And FYI, Bort wont touch this subject with a borrowed 10' pole.

My CB at level 28 is going to be 93ish speed, 70ish agility and 68 vision.

It is VERY easy for a CB to have 3rd capped speed/agility/vision at level 32

Over 100 on attributes works fine. SA's have diminishing returns past 10, however.

This wasn't the subject Pierre was talking about in his defense.
