yah, I know that I had them as my 33rd team BEFORE the Drinkin' match. I didn't get a chance to come on last night and update my rankings, and I bet I wasn't the only one. I think the Drinkin' win will be reflected in the next rankings.

Yeah, this list is worse than their first try usually is.

Edit: they tend to get it right by the end of the season though. (Except for first place, which they've never had right)

I had you guys in BEFORE your match with SoCal. I think you're clearly a top 25 team imo. Beating Manus this week would probably clinch you guys getting into the top 25.

I appreciate it!! We lost to Manus last season in the Magellan Cup, but hopefully we can avenge that loss!

Actually, i forgot about the season 6 rankings. benitos there isn't a bad choice, although I'd have probably gone with Boston, that team was nuts.

Season 7 should have been Halifax, who undressed everyone who played them all season.

Season 8 should have been Las Vegas, who beat the #1 team heads up in the USA pro finals.

Season 9 is trickier, but giving the #1 spot to a team that didn't even win their league is weak sauce.

What's really amazing is that the USAPL beats up on each other and still have so many high ranking teams. Shows how good those top teams are and the voters recognize that even when those teams lose it doesn't nec. mean they drop that far in rankings.

In some ways, its similar to the Missouri Valley Conference in NCAA Basketball (though USA Pro teams are more like BCS schools). They play a very, very tough out of conference schedule, then beat up each other inside to keep a massive RPI. I'm sure the computer rankings have a similar amount of USA teams in the top 25 because of it.

just ignore Gart. he hasn't trolled in a while and misses the attention.
