Do you get a bonus for running on power or are the power/elusive settings just directional/avoiding contact/tacklers?

no it just changes the # of ticks u look for a new path

I think they just affect how often you try to change direction.

I remember Burt saying something way back in Season 2-3, that you'd break more tackles on power running.

So yes.

Depends how you define bonus I guess,

there are advantages for break tackling you can only get at the corresponding levels and (I def could be wrong on this) velocity might play a part as well (lolguesS)
