First off I did inquire about him coming on board with us.

Summary: The guy seemed like a tool. A dot ball version of T.O. At the end of the day he had a good build, but kickers aren't all that important.... Well let me rephrase that. The difference between a few points on a kickers build are insignificant. We had to overcome 60 level deficits in the playoffs due to a premature eboostulation! I don't advise this. You will pay in the playoffs.

Advice: Don't sign this retard.

I rolled a 28 kick kicker RIGHT after he posted his initial thread in the forums

I already committed to a guy who OCs for a group of guys I've run with since starting on GLB though. Keep an eye out on me in case, he's suppose to get a team in the off-season. If anything changes, I'll be available

day 31 could be nerfed, because I rolled a really great guard on day 34. Took about 4 rolls. (I was only interested in STR though, not a perfect build of 8's)

Was alot quicker than the 2 I rolled on day 31 TBH.

interesting. i know it took a really long time to roll on day 31... i assume because so many ppl were rolling... they came in real slow. after that day, u can rack up 100s of rolls in seconds.

are you saying it was faster in time length or in number of rolls?

I think it was about 30 secs, and 15 rolls.

Had STR at 20 or greater, hit a 22.

Is that what we are supposed to do, PM every owner until you get one that’s heard of you? After the Squealers folded, I hoped that my marketplace personality alone would have landed me back in the league…I guess I’ll just have to earn my way back in now that Lehigh Valley has came back to Pee Wee. See you all again in 2 seasons.

FYI, Marketplace is almost worthless unless your at a mad scramble looking for players. And imo, the best owners usually are filled up before day 31, so they don't even need to recruit.

Network is the best. I put a lot of my mid level players on teams. I have CEQ on most all of them. As I market my players that someone needs, I market my Team. Answer PM's honestly and efficiently. Agents know you mean well and are active to set game plan and tactics. Most owners these days want players who's agent can afford CEQ and will to boost as necessary.

Get involved with other teams, see who is active in the forums. Build Network. Help each other, it normally comes back around ten fold to your team.

I never send a contract to someone I have not made a personal contact with, no matter how desperate you are to fill your team. In most cases you can cause more harm than good for your team by just going to someones homepage and randomly sending a contract,

Have 4-8 solid agents that can make a quality build and are willing to make several players for your team. Save some of the glamour positions for these guys. Offer a glamour position along with one that does not cost much flex as a package. Example: HB along with 1 Defense guy and a O line player to help his running back be successful. So they are more involved than a guy the might just build on OG and not be active in the forum., stay in communication with them and the guys that contribute to your team most, give them a start every now and again even if they are a little lower on the depth chart.

GLB is very much like @ the bar. You buy first round of brews and I will grab the next,.
