How do you set it so that you have like a running back that gets 40% of carries, a FB that gets 40% of carries, and another RB that gets 25% of carries? Can you do that?

You can't really specify carry percentages between two RB's. The best you can do is manipulate the sub in/out settings for the position.
Question guys: Whats the best way to allow your higher level starters to receive the majority of PT while giving your backups decent PT? Is there a specific formula for playtime or energy level?
Reason I ask is after game 1 many backups were upset that they didn't receive hardly any PT while the starters had a bunch. I guess I was wanting to know what a good balance is and how to achieve that. Thanks

70 min/ 0 return gives starters about 60% PT and backups 40% PT
With energy, how does it work. Like the min is 65 so when that player hits 65 he come out and the when he rests up he goes back in at 75. I believe i have that. But what if you have 4 guards all at the same level and want to rotate two with RG and two with LG. How do you set it to where they almost all will be fresh and get equal snaps?
