In other words, like around this time of the season, people are recruiting, if they go to my profile (or anybody else's) they can look at the players, and see which are only signed through the end of this season. But they have no way of knowing which are committed to somebody for next season, or are slated for retirement, etc., and which are actually candidates for recruitment.
As an agent, it would be nice if I had some little simple binary on/off flag for each player. Just a little flag or button or something that tells recruiters, "Yes you may recruit this player" or "please do not recruit this player." It would save me having to deal with a lot of unproductive PMs, and pissing off friends to boot.
As a recruiter, it would save me sending a lot of unproductive PMs and pissing off my friends. It would just greatly streamline the entire recruiting process game-wide.
NOTE: A possible alternative would be an "agent's note," similar to the owner's note on a team page. This would not work nearly as well, but might be easier to implement, I don't know.
