If you answer yes to that, then it's pretty obvious you have a very selfish viewpoint whereas the rest of us are actually thinking about what's better for GLB.

It doesn't really matter because you assholes look at us all as complainers and can make it without us. It doesn't really matter at this point anyway because i am in the process of gutting my team and selling it back anyway. I just thought i'd be a voice for us guys that are getting fucked, that's all. Don't take it personally at all, but your asshole buddy can take it personally, and i'd like to buy him a beer, then gut him with the bottle after i break it over his head. At this point our bitches are falling on deaf ears anyway.

Sounds like you have some pretty serious mental issues if you want to kill Catch because of some GLB change that takes your virtual cash away from you after you yourself said it will give you no advantage anyways.

I'll try again.
Before the reset.

Team A: full stadium 100 mil in the bank

Team B: full stadium 25 mil in the bank

Team C: partial stadium, broke.

After the reset.

Team A: full stadium 30 mil in the bank 30 million (roughly/effectively after exchange) in the overage account.

Team B: full stadium 30 mil in the bank no extra

Team C: partial stadium 30 mil in the bank no extra.

Team A still has a huge advantage, they can likely buy all the morale extras and bonuses with the overage account (probably for 2 seasons). Then they can pay higher salaries to further bolster their players and attract FAs. The will be more competitive on the field thus getting more playoff games for even more cash.

You aren't losing your bankroll or the advantages it comes with. Not even close.

You can only buy one of the season bonuses per year. You will be able to buy a couple seasons worth of bonuses that the other teams will have to take out of their players salaries to afford.

I think this is a good time to remind everyone here of a post made previously:

Want to talk about the changes go ahead. Disagree with them... that's fine. But don't be calling other people out for their opinions and/or making statements that have nothing to add to this thread (and this goes to both people that are for and against these changes, not just those that are against them).

Thank you - that is all.

Good modelling. In fact, they shouldn't have allowed any overages but in an effort to compromise they did. And as you point out it will give teams with big bank rolls an even greater advantage perhaps than they have now. However, eventually they should spend it down and get within the basic cash structure, shouldn't they?

Actually, the benefit for a team that has moved down and has a big bank account is even greater. More than likely they have a complete stadium, but Fuman's example assumes each of the three teams have a complete stadium. But that isn't always the case. So, not only will they have the Overage money to play with on morale building purchases (which should help them win and get home field in playoffs and hence more money), but they will also have more of their salary cap money to spend on morale building purchases because they won't have to put any money toward building their stadium. A team without a complete stadium will have to balance stadium building, with player salary, with team morale item purchases.

i LIKE the salary cap. It should make it a little easier for teams that are not as good right now to recruit and that should improve the overall competitiveness of games.

It seems like this system encourages burning through cash, although I wonder if it it balanced with revenue enough to not end up with everybody buried in cash in a few seasons. I guess it depends on the salary thresholds for the morale bonuses.
