I have a question about this rule.
* Games will need to be scheduled by (Depending on sign ups) *if both teams fail to play by deadline, both teams are disqualified*
If a team sends the invite and the other does not accept, both are out? That does not seem fair to me.

Means if neither team tries. If one posts here they have been trying I always give them the win and the other team a DQ Only happened once in 4 seasons I beleive.
