well lets just say at the end of the season with the scrimmage games. that would probably be the best time to try it out. this way there can be no bitching and complaining about what happened. i know many may say why should the no-playoff teams try it first. the answer is that they have nothing riding on the results.

I agree. I don't want to play around, test something out or get used to something when the games really matter.

I think the best thing for this is to add on scrimmage games after the playoffs.. maybe play 3 ames once a day where you open up these defensive tactics for owners to get to practice using it and see how the adjustments work without being completely blindsided by this in the middle of the season and having to figure it out in the middle of a season. I think this is very fair for every team and is the best thing to do!

The average Madden player has a better grasp of football tactics than the average NFL Live fanboy...as Chris (http://smartfootball.blogspot.com/) Brown has noted, at least the Maddenites understand that you can only run to a numbers advantage, even from the spread, and that protection precedes passing...

It seems reasonable
All you do is put in what tendences you have for certian offenses
Also like the bit where you can change defence when your in the lead
Just wondering if you can have things
Which it allows you to change it for things such as gun reciever e.g has multiple catches in the game then could set it too double cover that reciever etc.
